“Unit 8 Pros: super responsive building super, neighborhood was great, building was safe. Cons: Had a bit of trouble with cockroaches under the sink but the issue was addressed quickly.”

“Pros: Great location, spacious master bedroom Cons: Building is old - no dishwasher, noisy fridge & heat, gaps between the wall and floor filled with steel wool; second bedroom does not have a closet Advice to landlord: Put proper renovation money into the apartmemts so they are fully worth the rent, the building next door has much nicer finishings for similar prices”
