Cons: Noise: This building is situated right next to a construction site that has long hours of operation. Within the apartment there are thin walls that afford little privacy. Maintenance: the superintendent is ornery and does not speak English well. Scheduling with him is very difficult and he is not very personable. Pests: the pest control person will come and spray for roaches and pests the first Tuesday of every month. This portion of 78th street has a rat problem, and the backyard has rat nests according to the exterminator. It's an old building that needs some TLC.”
