Never gives kids a face and slams door at the kids. Cons: Heat is NEVER on. Even on the snowy days, nobody turns on the heat. The windows are broken and the owner refuses to fix it, along with that there’s TONS of roaches in the building and the owner doesn’t bother bringing an exterminator to fix the problem. Owner doesn’t bother listening. I wish to give 0 stars. Advice to landlord: Like he gets paid, he should also listen and fix things that are broken.”
