“Pros: The building is recently renovated and the units are really nice and spacious. Cons: The walls are made of paper, you can hear everything your neighbors do and they can hear everything you do. Mice infestation in basement (management notified but problem persists), water can take 2-10 minutes to heat up.”

“Pros: Angel is and was the best super I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of. I’ve lived here for 2 plus years and management has been very nice to me and had a great experience. There’s also laundry in building too! I would have renewed my lease if it wasn’t for my job relocation! Cons: There wasn’t any roof access or storage space for tenants Advice to landlord: Try to provide outdoor access or storage space for bikes for tenants. I know that’s tough to find in NYC walk ups!”

“Pros: The many bus lines nearby Cons: The landlord, heat hardly worked, hot and cold faucet wrong, loud neighbors, broken washer and dryer, landlord refuses to return security deposit so you'll have to sue Advice to landlord: Stop owning property and stealing money”
