“Unit C1 Pros: Location is close to transit Cons: The management company sends emails like it has never stepped foot in the building, issues that are non-emergent take a while to get solved, and you have to be persistent with the management company in resolving said issues since there is no super or building manager. Packages get consistently stolen and the cameras are reportedly not working. Advice to landlord: Please get a virtual doorman.”

“Pros: The location is awesome, the pre-war finishes are great, the apartments are small. Cons: The stairwell is dated and the garbage outside leaves a little to be desired.”
