Termites found in hallway. Shared gas and electric meter situation found. The lady who shows the apartment is a neighbor across the street not a licensed realtor yet they charge a brokers fee. They prey on people with bad credit. Now that National grid is investigating the meters they are trying to force us out. Advice to landlord: Stop scamming people.”
