“Pros: Most things are good about the building! Cons: If something is broken, it takes forever to repair, if ever. Seems like management just ignores those problems and hopes we get tired of complaining. Advice to landlord: A 1-week turnaround time is reasonable. Several months to a year is not.”

Advice to landlord: Better communication to tenets about coffee days and when they ask about fixing the apartment.”
