“Pros: The live-in super keeps the building feeling like a small community. The neighbors are friendly and many have lived there for more than a decade; giving the building the feel of an extended family. Cons: The management company can be slow to respond to administrative issues. If you happen to have to deal with “Rosemary” - plan to have no calls or emails returned. Other than that, they take care of their properties. Advice to landlord: Spruce up the exterior.”
