“Pros: Excellent modern building, great staff, very convenient location. No bugs, great views. Gym is super nice and roof deck / children’s room are great Cons: 6th avenue is getting a little seedy but no other complaints.”
— 736 AVENUE OF THE AMER · Manhattan“Pros: - Really good transport links - resturants and supermarkets are close Cons: - Shower noise from upstairs and downstairs”
— 736 AVENUE OF THE AMER · Manhattan“Pros: Our apartment is nicely renovated, spacious, and modern. The building staff, especially the door people, are all friendly and helpful. The walls provide great noise insulation and even when our neighbors are clearly making a lot of noise, it's hard to hear from within our unit. The location is also incredible. Cons: While the units are great, the cost is a little high. There has also been periodic apartment renovations during our 2 year lease that have made the apartment difficult to work in (due to noise and vibrations). This has probably affected us 10 - 15 days in total over the span of 2 years.”
— 736 AVENUE OF THE AMER · Manhattan“Pros: Location is great Cons: Unresponsive leasing office Advice to landlord: None”

— 736 AVENUE OF THE AMER · Manhattan“Unit 17H Pros: - staff are amazing - great location - well maintained building Cons: - leasing office team is not responsive - it’s been 3 months since we moved out, and we haven’t gotten our deposit back - noise level from 6th Ave is loud - Something is always wrong with the elevators. Advice to landlord: Give us our deposit back”
— 736 AVENUE OF THE AMER · Manhattan“Pros: Management and the staff were always so helpful. LEED certified - sorted garbage and had available composting. Cons: I had 1 intrusive neighbor who ended up moving to another floor. Advice to landlord: Ask all tenants to compost and recycle!”
