“Pros: Great building I've lived in for past 3 years Amazing super Well maintained common areas Almost no issues with pests - saw one cockroach in laundry room once Cons: Building management is not very responsive but they've gotten better Issues with packages being stolen from mail area (but if you give Polanco the super a heads up, he'll usually put them aside if he sees them) Advice to landlord: Get cameras in the lobby mail area!!!!”
