“Pros: Wonderful Landlord, extremely responsive. Rent is well worth what you get for the area. Neighbors are all quiet, nice, and clean. Full sized appliances, lots of natural light. Cons: Some appliances are older, but still work totally fine. Due to neighborhood rules, window unit ACs are not allowed in the front (portable ACs are ok). Window units are allowed in back.”
