“Pros: Close to subways, nice neighbors Cons: Pests were a problem, garbage all over the floor, heat is insanely hot in the winter to the point it is unbearable, very loud corner Advice to landlord: Take care of the building more”

“Pros: Super close to WV and Chelsea, ridiculous amount of room, and living room with a ton of natural light. Super is a great guy. Central to pretty much anywhere you want to go in NYC it is near so many subways. Cons: Garbage piles up and it was a mess when we moved in. There were very bad problems with roaches when we first moved in and after a month or two were able to sort it out. Can get loud I got used to it after a couple weeks but bothers some people. VERY busy street corner. Advice to landlord: Less defensive with complaints, better turnover pretty lazy even though it’s otherwise a beautiful place.”

“Pros: Good location and lots of sunlight Cons: Messy trash, bugs everywhere and terrible smells. People always sitting on stoop. Loud all day and night. Advice to landlord: Clean up the building. It’s gross”
