“Pros: Mostly owner occupied, quiet and clean. Super and porter do a great job keeping the place clean and always available to help/fix stuff. Location is perfect. Don't live here if you plan to throw parties regularly, this is perfect for a quiet and pleasant place to live. Has a nice quiet backyard at the back of the building. Cons: No gym or a rooftop.”
