“Building's management was great, but be aware that this is a condo style building. My landlord - Sung Eun Choi, aka "Terry", and her husband Thomas T Kim - were a nightmare. Refused to return 2.5 months of security depot (Almost $6k) by blaming me for the aftermath of their negligence. Currently in small claims court to try to recoup this, and based on my conversations with building management this is not an uncommon experience.”
