“Pros: Had someone that takes care of properly recycling all garbage after it’s brought down! Cons: There was an ongoing pest problem with mice despite having exterminators come in about once a month. There was a time when they did go away for a while, but then they came back (you could see they were babies now instead of adult ones).”

“Pros: The super is somewhat involved. I have not had any mayor issues here. It’s relatively clean. Cons: -The landlord is nonexistent. -Lots of people like to gather outside. If you like that, great!”
