“Pros: The building is okay. The gym is mid. The rooftop has no furniture to lounge in. My apt is decent. Spacious for a single person living in a one bedroom with an in-unit w/d Cons: The elevators are literally the very worse thing about the building. They are broken more often than they actually work. Management is pretty responsive about it but it’s never actually fixed for a long period of time. Advice to landlord: Fix the elevators!”
