“Pros: Its a house, so its cozy. Only two more units are being rented in the house so not a lot of people. Landlord takes care of taking the garbage out. Cons: The landlord lives upstairs and its quite nosy to be frank. You get a feeling of being constantly under scrutiny. Landlord is unfortunately very cheap as well.”

“Pros: Nice house and there’s no brokers fee since you deal with the landlord directly. Cons: Landlord is very nosy. She feels entitled to know everything about your life. She portrays herself as a nice woman but she’s the kind of person that wants to know everything abound you so she can tell you how to live your life. She goes through your garbage and polices your packages. Terrible landlord overall. Advice to landlord: Stop being a landlord as you don’t know how to be one.”
