“Pros: The staff is great, they really try. I lived here through the entire renovation from rental To condo and they did everything in their power to help us. It was out of their control. Great location. Mostly cool new neighbors. Cons: There’s a few awful garbage people that just try to make life hell for the staff and new owners. There’s a lady on 12 I think 12G who just complains about everything. Seriously get a life. I bought near her and she tried to act like her BS rent control problems are mine. Also she treats the staff like garbage. Advice to landlord: Argo you’re trash”
