“Pros: Location, location, location Cons: Mosies Farhat, the property manager is awful. He does not respond to emails or noise complaints. The super died three years ago and has not been replaced. There have been lots of mice snd roaches. The water also tastes funny. Moises is truly awful. Advice to landlord: Fire Moises and hire a suoer”
