“Pros: Classic UWS brownstone - wood floors and brick walls - at an excellent location. Apartment pricing isn't too ridiculous. Cons: Mgmt and super seem to do absolute minimum. Won't clean windows, fix mailboxes, update names in lobby, or express much interest in issues unless critical. Advice to landlord: Almost everyone's door knobs is broken. Please restore.”
