“Unit 2B Pros: In the 3 years I lived here I never really interacted with my neighbors. Everyone is nice and keeps to themselves and had no issues of noise coming across the hall or from different floors. Cons: I lived in the unit right above the bar and one 1-2 nights a week when the weather is nice, the bar patrons utilize the outdoor space. That can get noisy but it's not too much of a late night spot and beyond that I was never disturbed by the noise when folks are inside the bar. Beyond that, would need to request for extermination for small bugs on occasion. Advice to landlord: Regular intervals of extermination vs as need basis”
