CDC EAST 105TH STREET REALTY, L.P. · avg 2.5 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: The location. Close to the 6 train and bus stops, easy access to parks. Cons: Main door to building was super finnicky, there were times where even with a key you couldn’t unlock it. Other times it remained unlocked for days on end so anyone could be walking in. Rats and bugs can easily get into the building and units. The management company does not respond unless you call them, will not follow through unless you get others involved, and does not have any contingencies in place for weekend emergencies. Advice to landlord: Care more about the tenants and be more understanding of changing situations when things like global pandemics uproot people.”
