“Pros: Building is kept very clean. Staff is friendly and responsive Cons: There is zero soundproofing, can hear everything going on in your neighbours’ apartment”

“Pros: Location is good Cons: Too loud here”

“Pros: Lovely neighbors with a few notable (awful) exceptions. Cons: Aging building with many issues. Frequent water breaks. Heat problems. Constant battle with mice and roaches. Repairs in the cheap. Doormen sometimes MIA without relief so entry a problem; then sometimes they just let everyone in. Advice to landlord: Repairs repairs repairs.”
