“Pros: Apartment was pretty large, great location, elevator. Super is super nice. Cons: Trash is stored in the lobby so it smells so bad. Homeless people would buzz in. Packages stolen.”

The building has reliable heat and a serviceable elevator Cons: The first door in the lobby doesn’t lock, which leads to drug activity inside the building. The building should be cleaned regularly. The garbage situation is gross right in the lobby. Advice to landlord: Put a lock on the first door (no, landmarks won’t prevent it), invest in video intercom, and find a solution for the trash.”

“Pros: Our apartment was in the back so very quiet. Always felt safe. The owners maintained the building. Location was unbeatable. Cons: The common area and stairs could use a little sprucing up.”
