“Pros: It is close to the subway line and Main Street. Cons: Too much noise Rats and roaches everywhere Rent too expensive Advice to landlord: They need to lower the rent because when I was leaving there the asked price was not worth it for what it was offered, glad I got out of here and no longer live there.”
