“Pros: Good neighborhood. Responsive management company. Reliable heat and hot water. Newer appliances and nice wood floors. Quiet. Cons: Pest issues - small cockroaches. They do offer monthly spraying, but still have the issue. Mail room is not secure. Pay rent via check only.”
