“Unit 4F Pros: very attentive to the services and lobby. Cons: People in the building are weird. Advice to landlord: running background checks on residents?”

“Pros: It's a few blocks from the subway. The neighborhood is safe. Cons: My only con would be that there are not that many good restaurants nearby. There is no gym nearby either. Lately since after the pandemic there have been a lot of seedy people hanging around the neighborhood. Advice to landlord: No issues.”
