“I lived here for many years until i moved out 2 years ago , the building is okay but the superintendents don't really do anything for the building , my mom had to call 311 because there was mold in my room and they didn't do anything .But as far as the apartments there ok for the area that it's in , there can be some roaches and mice sometimes but that's pretty much how all apartments are in the bronx as long as you keep your apartment clean your good .There are also pros to this building like there's balcony's , there is a community room that's in good shape and there is also a laundry room ,etc. The neighborhood itself is not the best , the schools are horrible especially PS.48 and MS .424 , these schools are one of the worst in the Bronx and i do not recommend putting your children there. The transportation is really good every train and bus stop is right near the building and the Ubers are pretty good also Overall i give my experience there a 7.5/10 . I still have a lot of love for Hunts point, the community is great and I still visit often .”
