“Pros: Price and layout for neighborhood is exceptional Well run Cons: People never pick up their packages, which attracts thieves (there’s technically a package room, but it’s unused because too many people leave packages around; they sit in the lobby in view from the street) Street immediately outside can get sketchy; at times people have camped out in the entryway; the building recently hired an overnight doorman in response”

“Pros: neighbors are quiet, area is centrally located Cons: everything. heat/air, bathrooms, frat-like hallway Advice to landlord: New property management/maintenance needed.”

“Pros: Location, super on-site is responsive, reliable fixes (dishwasher broke and was fully replaced in 2-3 days), very quiet. 3 floor apartments are huge for the price Cons: Poor, old, loud AC, not great natural light. Hallways and stairs could be cleaner”

“Pros: There are no pros. Don’t move here Cons: The rats are out of control. They are constantly around the building, and the super will do nothing to help you. The building is constantly filled with random homeless folks walking around, since the building is not adequately secured. A girl got assaulted in the building by one of the random vagrants, and management did nothing to fix it Advice to landlord: Honestly, find a different industry. You are the scum of the Earth”

“Pros: The current super is very responsive and quick to fix issues. Location is great and overall the building is nice. Cons: Constant issues with hot water and laundry room issues. Rent jumped up for no reason Advice to landlord: New hot water heater is needed”

“Pros: nice enough building neighbors are quiet enough for the most part the building itself is being kept clean now Cons: Mice and a bad roach issue The front doors to the building are frequently left open or broken Relatedly, package theft problem owners unresponsive Advice to landlord: do better”

“Pros: I didn’t have bugs / rodents for the first 2 years Cons: AC broke during a heatwave and they refused to prorate rent Neighbor was creepy / loud at odd hours / I complained multiple times and was never given any help Super was rude and unresponsive Lived above some frat bros who would have extremely loud ragers at 4 am on weeknights. Management again did nothing Advice to landlord: See above - lots to change”
