“Unit 11D Pros: Security, closet space, lots of windows, renovated, clean, great doormen Cons: Dishwashers not in every unit, walls are thin, if your apartment faces the bridge it’s VERY loud, have to use quarters for washing machines/dryers, small kitchen and small countertop space, shelving in closets isn’t great”

“Pros: Cheap, rent controlled, doormen are helpful. Things on the lobby are pretty clean. Cons: Neighbors are loud. Lots of parties and stuff. Advice to landlord: Not much to say”
