“Unit 2 Pros: Brand new , and clean. I liked that the bedrooms faced the courtyard area so were quiet. The street got a little loud at times but nothing too bad. Was great to have an outdoor patio. Cons: Landlord is a bit strict and overbearing. Can’t really think of any other cons. Advice to landlord: I’d take the apartment if you’re looking!”

Will call at 11pm on a weekend night to complain. Good hearted lady but needs to chill out! Some tenants not the best (5 ppl in a 1br, sexual orientation comments) Neighborhood has gotten horrible - witnessed a shooting outside unit, lots of racism, aggressive homeless people. Do not wander at night unless you have solid street smarts at minimum Advice to landlord: Take it easy and let your tenants live their lives, as long as they're paying rent”
