“Pros: This property is located in a quiet block but a close 4-5 min walk to the subway/hustle and bustle. The apartments are upgraded and you can tell the landlords take good care of their tenants. Cons: The entrance could use some cleaning and upgraded rug. Everyone goes in and out and sometimes it can get a little bit dirty. Advice to landlord: Keep being caring and putting your love into the property and the people who live in it”
