“Unit 2R Pros: There were no rodents, possibly because the first floor tenants had many cats. The apartment had great light and a lot of really charming features. Cons: The floors were very slanted and walls were pretty thin, but nothing you wouldn’t expect in a 100+ year old building Advice to landlord: N/a”
