“Pros: The living room was huge and it was a good location! The rent never went up for three years. Cons: BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE. They would just paint over it and pretend it didn't exist. Multiple leaks in the ceiling that they would come "fix" only to have it leak again next time it rained or snowed. We had roaches so big our two cats wouldn't go near them. Rats in the apartment. Hot water would go out for days. Stay away from this place, it's disgusting. I would never, ever recommend anyone live here. Advice to landlord: Get some morals and allow the people who rent from you some dignity”
