“Pros: Close to the L. Central air works well. Nice bedrooms. Cons: Messy common areas. Street noise gets loud. Laundry room gets messy. Management responds fast but takes time fixing issues. Hear the first floor has rodent issues. Advice to landlord: Check in on the building and that it stays clean in the basement and halls”
