“Pros: newly renovated, laundry in building, trash bins outside, very close to subway, rooftop Cons: size of room, window views”

“Pros: Nothing is to like about the building Cons: No heat no hot water . You make a complaint it doesn’t get fixed and if it does it will be months. The management team here sucks! If I can give this complex zero stars I would they don’t even deserve 1 star!! Advice to landlord: Do right by the tenants”
