“Pros: Close to the beach Cons: Landlords have no interest in updating or maintaining the property. Management Company is responsive but rude. Neighbors steal things off the porch. Cars broken into regularly. Advice to landlord: Lawn maintenance, proper interior/exterior upgrades needed”
