“Pros: There are Nice neighbors Cons: Elevator always broken Pest everywhere”

“This building is absolutely disgusting. I have roaches in my refrigerator and in my clothes. Tub is always clogged toilet runs all night. I cannot open my refrigerator fully because they put the stove directly in front of the refrigerator. The tenants let their dogs do number two in front of the building and one let me dog do it in the lobby. Maintenance maybe cleans each floor once a week. They stairway is filthy and didn't have a light in it for over a week. There is no mirror in the elevator so be careful and look before you get in. Elevator is old and decrepit. Management staff is incompetent they act like they're doing you a favor. They never answer their telephone you have to email them. What kind of Management is that. Avoid this building at all cost. What they charge you and what you get are totally a rip off.”
