“Pros: I have a nice view. My apartment is spacious. The building is close to Manhattan. Cons: It feels unsafe. Front door doesn’t lock, often homeless wandering the building. Since I’ve moved in none of the washing machines work.”

“Pros: Affordable housing income based Cons: Place is unsafe due to the new tenants being selected . Drug dealing and drug users and management is never present nor seem to care about how bad the building is getting elevators are constantly out of order bug turnaround with porters . Terrible was not like this when first opened 10 years ago now it’s becoming a dump Advice to landlord: Get rid of Wavecrest and contract with new management be more involved”
