“Pros: They clear out the garbage every morning and living rooms are larger than NYC average Cons: The sup or management response time is really slow and you have to be annoying about it. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive to tenets!”

“Pros: Everything works. Building is in a good location and is kept fairly clean. Cons: The lease effectively absolves management from any responsibility. Also no recycling is a major downside. Another big thing is deliveries are stolen often. Not sure if management can do anything about this but it’s a problem. Advice to landlord: Any effort into mitigating delivery theft would be really appreciated.”
