“Pros: Location, rent is lower than the area, very spacious. Cons: Building management hard to communicate with, lots of arbitrary rules.”

“Pros: Close to a lot of shops, Cobble Hill, the water, and Trader Joe's. Quiet building and quiet street. Cons: AC wasn't the best, but it was manageable in the summer. Not many complaints.”

“Pros: Great for student housing, made things really easy. Cons: The elevators were slow and garbage often piled up in the garbage rooms on each hall. Maintenance was sometimes hard to get ahold of unless there was something really wrong.”
