“Unit 2E Pros: • Location - Broadway Theatres - Subway Stations - Restaurant/Shops/Cafe/Salon/Spa/Etc - Super (Derek) is amazing. Cons: • CLEANLINESS - The basement garbage disposal is unfathomably horrible; infested with roaches, rats, and flies. - Elevator is covered most of the time in stained and unbearable Odor coming from the basement - Days theres no heater. - Water damage on walls. Management won’t replaced it, but time to time will only cover the molds buildup with a new paint. - Bldg has tested positive for Asbestos. • The Bldg. Manager Sammy is terrible, pretends his on works solving tenants problems but most of the time he is lacking information or outdated of the issue. Will annoy you through phone calls, avoids email responses. Advice to landlord: It doesn’t cost to have better moral values, the greediness is horrendous.”

“Unit 4D Pros: The location is great and has in unit washer / dryer. Elevator is nice and the maintenance people are nice. Units were relatively recently renovated. Cons: Basement is absolutely abysmally disgusting. Tenants are lazy and pile trash in front of the elevators. Basement overflows with trash attracting rats and flies that spread through the whole building. Landlord doesn't return security deposit and management ignores all emails unless it's an urgent repair situation.”

“Pros: My place had laundry in-unit, as well as 2 baths. The place was is good condition. Building had functioning elevator. Cons: Front door was often left open, as the building shares a back entrance with a commercial unit in ground-floor. Inventory coming in and out daily.”

“Unit 4b Pros: The location is good. That's it. Cons: Trash, mice, heat and water. Advice to landlord: Nothing will help the negligent and dishonest landlord.”

“Pros: Loved the elevator. If anything was wrong maintenance would come and fix it/ owner was responsive! Cons: can hear other neighbors with thin walls and sometimes rats in the basement with garbage”

“Pros: The interior units are nice and ceilings are very high which makes it feel more spacious. Cons: High ceilings makes heating more difficult and A/C more expensive. Brokers are a bit scummy. Used obvious fabricated stories to try to convince me to put a deposit down. Advice to landlord: None. Property is what it is.”
