— 211 WEST 146 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Roaches have been a big problem in this building. During Covid the rats would rummage through our broken garbage cans. It took them months to fix that problem. 311 was called several times before the problem was fixed. Cons: Very very low heat in the winters!!!! The windows are all gated from top to bottom not allowing us to insert an AC. Other people steal your packages. Advice to landlord: The building should be cleaned daily. Several tenants let their kids throw their garbage on the stairwell, smoke weed inside the building and out in front of the stoop not letting other tenants come in.”
