“Pros: Stainless steel appliances in apartment, large apartment, cheap for the space and location Cons: Terrible landlord, slow to respond offsite super, horribly loud bar downstairs blasting music 4 days a week Advice to landlord: Fix your boiler, evict your bar if you want to have any happy tenants in the 2nd or 3rd floor”
