“Pros: Lots of natural light all rooms are decently sized with windows large living room/kitchen space Landlord is very responsive to all concerns Cons: Construction happening next door for the last year which makes it very loud. Also a lot of noise from the street in the front area of the house. walk-up building no dishwasher”
