“Pros: Good neighbors for the most part, no severe pest problems Cons: Super is nice but it takes a lot of communication to get him to fix things, it gets insanely hot in the winter”

“Pros: Super was responsive. Never had issues with the elevator or hot water. Quiet block and pretty quiet building. Cons: I could hear my neighbor’s conversations at times. Advice to landlord: If there is some way to install sound proofing on walls shared with other apartments, that would help. But overall we were very happy living here.”
