“Unit 4 Pros: Small building with only three units, so it’s generally quiet and nice. The building common areas (staircase, entrance, etc) don’t get cleaned that often. Cons: Walk up building, no control over heat, no AC”

“Pros: The location is amazing Cons: Lazy, non-responsive management and ownership. Complete dump, no repairs or upgrades. Advice to landlord: Comply with housing code”

“Pros: Great location and exposed brick Cons: The apartment is an offshoot of another building and has not been maintained since it was renovated around 10 years ago. It is falling apart and ownership is unresponsive unless you file a housing complaint. There was no heat or hot water for nearly a year. Advice to landlord: Respond and comply with housing code.”
