“Pros: Quiet neighborhood with convenience of several different stores nearby and no alternate side of the street parking rules. Parking is also very easy for NYC Cons: Things are rarely fixed appropriately. Hard to contact person responsible for the building upkeep/landlord. Advice to landlord: Please hire grounds manager”
