“Pros: Barbara is a lovely owner/building manager to work with, and is always responsive and thoughtful about her tenants’ experience. It’s in a great location with little to no noise and/or disturbance, and the building has a lovely history and character to it. Cons: Little to no cons, but really since it is an old building, you can expect it need repairs from time to time. Advice to landlord: Keep up the great work!! Love living here.”
