— 224 EAST 39 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 12G Pros: Location - close proximity to Grand Central and short walk to the East River. Staff is amazing, might miss the doormen most about the building. Roof deck is beautiful and has great views, however it could get crowded on a nice Saturday or Sunday. Cons: Because building is of younger demographic, occasionally have to deal with music late at night. Otherwise, no cons! Advice to landlord: Love the building!”
— 224 EAST 39 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Area Cleaniness Maintenance Cons: Very expensive for the size. Building looks like it has lot service apartments so you will see New people everyday”
